Please do not phone Woodville Surgery to order repeat medicines. Repeat medicine requests are not accepted on the surgery's main telephone line. Please use the Medicine Order Line or the online form above.

Collecting your prescription
You can choose a pharmacy to receive your prescriptions electronically. This is called a nominated pharmacy.
You can choose or change your nominated pharmacy using the NHS App or by asking a pharmacy.
Medication reviews
You may need a medication review before we can issue more medicine. We will contact you if a review is due.
Urgent medicine requests
If you have run out of medicine, contact your pharmacy first. They may be able to provide an emergency supply.
You can also use NHS 111 online to request an emergency supply of medicine.
Call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
